Ingredients

• 3 oz Mirin
• 3 oz sake
• 3 oz soy sauce
• 1 tbls sugar

Add Ins

• 1/4 tsp garlic
• 1/4 tsp ginger
• 2-3 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

• Mix ingredients in a pan.
• Bring to a simmer, and turn heat to low (it may boil over).
• Reduce the sauce until you get a thickness that you like.
• Let cool and pour into a container and use right away or save in fridge.
