
Hot wings are the best part of chicken. You might think, “No, wings are the best. Not hot wings.” But you can’t eat wings unless they get hot. If you eat cold wings, you’ll get a disease. So, eat hot wings.

Ingredients
- 4 lbs of wings
- 1 cup baking powder
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbls chili powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (we use Sweet Baby Rays)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Break down your chicken wings into the upper and lower arms.
- Dry the chicken wings off.
- Mix baking powder, flour, salt and chili powder in a bowl.
- Coat the wings with the breading.
- Spread out on a cooking rack inside a cookie sheet. Lining the cookie sheet with tin foil will make clean up easier.
- Place the wings in oven for about 40 minutes It may vary depending on how big your wings are.
- While the wings are cooking, mix BBQ and hot sauce.
- When wings are done cooking, cover with sauce and serve.
Trying
These are spicy and delicious. They have a good amount heat without masking the flavor of the BBQ sauce and peppers.
