
Fried rice is a delicious way to make your rice. It has vegetables, eggs and of course rice. When you make fired rice, you can add any vegetables you want.

It works best with day old rice, but you can use fresh rice.
Ingredients
- 3 cups or water
- 2 cup rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbls vegetable oil
- 3-5 tbls soy sauce (start with 3 and adjust at the end)
- 1 tsp fish sauce or oyster sauce
- 4 eggs
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
Instructions
- Boil the water and add rice and salt (or make rice according to the directions on package).
- Bring water back to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let the rice cool.
- Slice green onions.
- Crack eggs into a bowl and mix.
- Heat oil in a wok and scramble eggs until almost done.
- Add in rice and mix well.
- Add soy and fish sauce and mix.
- Add in frozen vegetables and cook while mixing.
- Taste and add more soy sauce if needed, we sometimes add 2 more tbls.
